RozeAI recently announced on the 20th that it has officially operated an "intelligent comprehensive fire protection system" at Hyundai Green Power Plant in Dangjin., Korea.

The "intelligent comprehensive fire protection system" built in Hyundai Green Power integrates and manages cutting-edge detection facilities such as wireless IoT complex fire detection sensors, flame detectors, CCTV image analysis devices, and escape guidance based on shortest escape route algorithms.

​DigitalTwin technology that analyzes and simulates real-time data provided by cutting-edge detection facilities, FDS fire simulation, and AI space-specific fire risk index management can detect signs of fire (disaster) abnormalities early and take action.

In addition, in the event of a fire, the exact point of ignition and the cause of the ignition are immediately notified to the fire department, enabling quick initial response and early suppression in dangerous situations.

The existing fire detection system operated by Hyundai Green Power does not have a comprehensive fire protection system that remotely monitors and controls fire facilities, with the majority of wired analog electrical circuits, mechanical fire detection, or fire-fighting equipment.  Accordingly, Hyundai Green Power has been promoting the modernization of firefighting facilities using advanced technology, and through the installation of this intelligent comprehensive fire protection system, it is possible to achieve rapid firefighting response, prevention of the spread of large-scale fires, and minimize human and material damage.

​Starting with the establishment of the "Intelligent Comprehensive Fire Protection System," Hyundai Green Power plans to gradually establish an automated system that integrates and manages major facilities such as machinery and power facilities and lighting facilities in the event of fire and other accidents and disasters.

The "intelligent comprehensive fire protection system" installed this time is capable of securing golden time for fire suppression, such as early fire detection and effective warning and response, through convergence with IoT technology, beyond simple fire detection and warning levels.

In particular, fire prevention through early detection of abnormal symptoms is possible through big data analysis related to fire and digital twin implementation based on 3D modeling.

In addition, in the event of a fire accident, the fire fighting system, which contributes to minimizing secondary human and material damage caused by malfunction of facilities and equipment, and is distributed and managed by building, can be integrated and managed.

In particular, by reenacting the optimal evacuation route in advance through fire simulation on the digital twin, it is possible to minimize property and human damage in case of danger, as well as reflect safety in the supplementary management and design of buildings.
