The Korea Real Estate Industry Association (Chairman Lee Sang-geun) held an academic seminar in the first half of 2024 at the auditorium of the High Seoul Youth Hostel from 2 p.m. on the 12th.

Under the theme of "Reorganization of Old Planned Cities and Development Strategies of the Real Estate Industry," the seminar was designed to diagnose the problem of reorganization of old plan cities and seek ways to develop the real estate industry in line with sustainable urban reorganization.

The presentation was held under four themes. Han Yeon-oh, a senior researcher at the Korea Real Estate Agents Association, presented "Sustainable Urban Reorganization and Development Direction of the Real Estate Industry," Kim Ki-hong, a Seongnam City MP, presented "Projects for Urban Reorganization and Bundang Reconstruction in Seongnam City," Cho Man-hyun, chairman of the Korea Housing Management Association, presented "FM and Advancement Issues for Apartment Houses," and Cho Young-jin, CEO of RozeAI, presented "Application of AI technology to prevent urban re-financing and fire safety in high-rise buildings."
